Unlock this free, guided training pathway built to position you for high-demand support roles. This isn’t just prep, it’s a strategic advantage in the remote workforce.
Designed for military spouses ready to move forward into a new career with portability and continuity, this experience delivers:
Earn a competitive base salary of $40,000–$80,000/year (varies by company), plus uncapped commission opportunities to increase your total earnings.
Once licensed, professionals have the potential to make commission opportunities depending on the position. During annual enrollment season, top performers often earn up to $7,000 in commission in just a few months!
📆 Next Training Class Starts: 15 June
The two-week training and testing period requires a strong commitment and, while some flexibility during the self-lead portions are available, it must be all completed sequentially within the two-week timeframe.
Because this program is designed to prepare you for the role and transition directly into employment, participants should expect a full-time, demanding schedule during the peak Annual Enrollment Period season from August through December, with no planned leave during that time. Outside of peak season, there may be greater flexibility to accommodate planned time off based on business needs.
This program is designed for individuals who are ready to take the next step into a full-time career opportunity. Rather than a standalone certification course, it is structured as a direct career pathway. With limited spots available for military spouses, we encourage applicants to carefully consider their availability and commitment before applying.
While this is a remote career opportunity, it is not designed to be combined with full-time caregiving responsibilities during working hours. Team members are expected to maintain a professional, distraction-free work environment due to the pace of the role, training requirements, customer interactions, and compliance standards. Reliable childcare or dependent care arrangements are strongly recommended during scheduled work hours.
In your first 90 days following certification and hire, you can expect a structured onboarding and training experience designed to set you up for success. This includes obtaining multi-state licensure, with licensing costs covered by the program, followed by approximately five weeks of account-specific training. From there, you’ll transition into a one-week nesting period with guided support before moving into live customer interactions and actively helping individuals navigate their benefits and coverage needs.
Dive into recorded sessions to learn how the program works, what you’ll gain, how to get started, and if you're in an eligible state.
